This position is being filled under Direct Hire Authority (DHA) for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce, in accordance with Section 7, Direct Hire Auth 5 U.S.C. § 9905, 6/23/2023 Please read this Public Notice in its entirety prior to submitting your application for consideration.DutiesIncumbents typical work assignments may include the following:Manages building operations and support services for assigned large, complex leased and Federal facilities.Plans and coordinates maintenance, repairs, renovations, alterations, relocations, and space reconfigurations.Serves as COR and monitors service contracts, funding, technical requirements, and reimbursable projects.Conducts building, safety, service, and lease-compliance inspections; identifies deficiencies and implements or recommends corrective actions.Advises tenants and leadership on building operations, space utilization, safety, security, emergency planning, and facility-support requirements.
