HR Assistant Full Time Norcross, GA, US Summary: Responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications. Reporting Relationship: Director of HR Day to Day Tasks: Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Compile and update employee records Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Help with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Communicate with public services when necessary Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews This is a an onsite full-time role with no option for remote or hybrid work. The work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Required Experience and Skills 3+ years of experience Hands-on experience with an ADP TotalSource Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases Basic knowledge of labor laws and practices Excellent organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr 5 Points Electrical Company, LLC
