Staff Accountant/HR Assistant/Bookkeeper
We are seeking an experienced individual skilled in accounting, HR, and bookkeeping.
Perform deposits, payroll assistance, onboarding, employee file maintenance, and other financial and administrative tasks.
Immediate hiring for a full-time position requiring 4042 hours per week.
On-site role (no remote or hybrid option).
To support critical operational and financial functions within our team.
Collaborative and supportive with comprehensive employee benefits.
$70k$80k, depending on experience, with benefits including PTO, 2 weeks' vacation, 401K with 3% match, and medical/dental coverage at no cost to the employee.
Key responsibilities include deposits, payroll assistance, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee files, preparing offer letters, reconciling medical bills, managing accounts payable, and other duties as assigned.
