Job Overview Finance Business Partner – Lead Logistics & Cold Chain Logistics (North America) – Charlotte, North Carolina. Full‑time position. The role supports product and operational leaders by delivering strategic financial insight that drives profitability, cost optimization, and investment planning. The partner works across finance and operations to influence outcomes and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders in a high‑matrix environment. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, long‑term planning, and target setting. Deliver timely and insightful financial analysis to support data‑driven decision‑making. Partner with Product Heads to identify risks, opportunities, and drive actionable growth initiatives. Enhance reporting frameworks and performance measurement to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Support investment cases and business improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with financial standards. Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to align on insights and best practices. Contribute to monthly close processes, ensuring accurate cost and revenue recognition. Qualifications Strong experience in FP&A or finance business partnering with a focus on analysis and reporting. Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex, matrixed organizations. Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences. Collaborative and proactive mindset with ability to simplify complex processes. Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL environments highly preferred.
