You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Heavy customer contact, ability to present products and bundle packages to customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Submit 20-25 new business applications and/or $25000 in premium each month

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Education: High school diploma required, college graduate preferred.
• Currently licensed applicants preferred (P/C and L/H) - must be able to obtain.
• Prior sales experience preferred, must be comfortable with sales.
• Work experience in insurance or direct customer service preferred.
• Ideally looking for candidates in Nassau, Suffolk or Queens counties.

Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
