Senior Reporting Analyst

To drive the organization's enterprise reporting strategy, the full-time Senior Reporting Analyst will manage the Sigma business intelligence platform, collaborating with business leaders to develop reporting frameworks that monitor performance and support data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and reporting requirements, facilitating discussions to challenge assumptions and recommend alternative approaches Develop reporting frameworks that connect executive metrics to operational activities, enabling root cause analysis and performance investigation Lead the adoption of Sigma across the organization by creating documentation, training materials, and best practices for self-service reporting Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in developing business intelligence and reporting solutions, with a strong data science or business background 3+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering, particularly in connecting data pipelines to end-state reporting Advanced experience with Sigma, including dashboard development and platform administration Strong proficiency in SQL and creating reusable data models Hands-on experience with AI tools and a solid understanding of KPI development and dimensional data modeling
