Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle inquiries with professionalism
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
Perform accurate and confidential data entry
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with scheduling appointments and calendar management
Provide clerical support including typing correspondence and working with spreadsheets
Utilize Microsoft Word & Excel (basic level)
Social Media Branding, engagement, and posting Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role preferred
Strong computer skills with basic proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good typing skills with strong attention to detail
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements:
