Accounts Receivable Manager

A rapidly growing, privately held manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and scale its AR function during an exciting phase of expansion. This organization has grown from approximately $20M to nearly $100M in revenue over the past few years and is continuing to build out its accounting and finance infrastructure. This newly created leadership role reports directly to the CFO with visibility across the organization. What You’ll Do: Lead and develop a growing AR/collections team Improve collections strategies and reduce DSO Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies Strengthen customer relationships and collaborate closely with sales teams Expand customer adoption of online payment portals Partner with IT to streamline AR systems and portal functionality Provide reporting and insights around aging, collections performance, and cash flow What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of AR leadership or collections management experience Strong background in manufacturing, industrial, building materials, or similar environments Experience managing high-volume AR operations Proven success leading teams and improving processes ERP system experience (NetSuite or similar enterprise platforms preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Tarvos Talent
