Accounts Payable Supervisor (Non‑Childcare Accounts)The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of non‑childcare payments for Workforce Solutions programs across Texas. This role is responsible for ensuring high‑quality financial operations, adherence to federal, state, and local workforce funding requirements, and continuous improvement of accounts payable processes.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily accounts payable activities for non‑childcare vendor and program paymentsEnsure accuracy, completeness, and quality control of invoices, payment approvals, and documentationMaintain compliance with Workforce Solutions, TWC, federal, and state financial regulationsReview and resolve complex payment issues, discrepancies, and audit findingsDevelop and enforce standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and consistencyTrain, coach, and evaluate accounts payable staff with a focus on quality and accountabilityCollaborate with program staff, finance leadership, and external vendors to support workforce initiativesQualifications:Experience supervising accounts payable functions, preferably in a public sector or workforce environmentStrong knowledge of financial controls, audit requirements, and compliance standardsHigh attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr BAKERRIPLEY
