Job Overview A law firm seeks an International Employment Associate in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in employment counseling, with a preference for international experience. This role involves supporting cross-border and global employment work, advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, and interacting with global offices. Duties Conduct employment diligence and advise on corporate transactions Draft and negotiate employment, retention, and related agreements Advise on employment policies, practices, and employee terminations Draft restrictive covenants and counsel on employee mobility Provide comprehensive employment law advice to diverse clients Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff Requirements 3+ years of employment counseling experience, with international experience preferred Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred Strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school Education JD from a nationally recognized law school. Certifications Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
