Once we have a strong team of Care Professionals through your recruitment efforts and referrals, we will work with you to increase our customer base through marketing and sales. Since you'll be the first lead role we hire in those cities, you'll have first choice if you want to go into general Office/Operations Management, focus on marketing or take on something entirely new that fits your skillset. Responsibilities Start with Caregiver duties Assist clients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert Engage patients in exercises or other activities Act as a backup Caregiver Move into recruitment duties Identify the best sources for Care Professional recruitment Conduct interviews, and orientations.
