Job Description Callahan & Fusco is expanding its Georgia presence and seeking one to two Associate or Senior Associate attorneys (2+ years of experience) for its growing Decatur office. This is an opportunity to join a technology-forward, metric-driven regional litigation firm representing national insurance carriers and a high-profile international trucking client. Our clients are actively requesting expanded support in Georgia, and we are focused on building a strong, long-term presence in the market. Position Overview This role offers meaningful case responsibility and hands-on litigation experience. Attorneys in this office are expected to actively manage files, conduct depositions, appear in court, and try cases. The practice includes: Trucking and transportation litigation General insurance defense Premises liability Construction and construction defect Product liability Condo association litigation Fraud-related insurance matters Associates will have the opportunity to conduct their own depositions and gain trial experience. The firm places a heightened emphasis on fraud-related insurance activity and strategic case handling. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $95,000 – $180,000, commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus program (details provided during interview process) Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) program Hybrid schedule: three days in-office, two remote (Tuesdays and Thursdays are firmwide anchor days) Qualifications 2+ years of Georgia litigation experience Active Georgia Bar admission (required) Insurance defense or trucking litigation experience preferred Deposition experience preferred Strong analytical, writing, and courtroom skills Comfortable working in a client-facing, data-driven environment The firm is open to candidates with portable books of business or small teams and will also consider strong plaintiff-side litigators interested in transitioning to the defense side.
