Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other appropriate techniques based on the clients' needs and preferences.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and effective patient care, promoting an integrated approach to mental health.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from a recognized educational institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
