Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation through successful completion. This full-time, on-site position in Houston, Texas, is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience coordinating logistics and inspections, and a solid understanding of the electrical distribution industry, including low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems. Experience with switchgear and transformers is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and resource constraints. Expedite project materials, equipment, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Oversee logistics activities, including procurement coordination, material tracking, and delivery schedules. Schedule and coordinate inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Track project costs and support budget management efforts. Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, company policies, and customer requirements. Required Qualifications Proven experience in Project Management , with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Experience with expediting activities and coordinating the timely delivery of project components. Familiarity with logistics management and supply chain coordination. Experience conducting and managing inspections to ensure quality and compliance standards. Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor"s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the electrical distribution industry or a related field. Knowledge of low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems . Experience working with switchgear, transformers, electrical equipment, and power distribution projects .
