AVP, Contact Center Tech - AI-Driven Cloud CX (Remote)

CereCore is looking for an Asst Vice President – Contact Center Technology to lead the strategic technology vision for their enterprise Contact Center operations in Nashville, TN, or remotely. This role involves driving the modernization of a cloud-native Contact Center ecosystem and advancing AI capabilities to enhance customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Contact Center leadership, particularly with Genesys Cloud CX, along with senior management experience and technical expertise. The position also entails overseeing complex technical challenges and innovating with AI in healthcare.
