Job Description

You will join an established accounting team and support the day-to-day accounts payable function, including invoice processing, expense reports, vendor maintenance, and month-end activities. This position offers the opportunity to learn the organization’s processes and take on more ownership within accounts payable over time. 

Responsibilities:

· Process invoices for weekly payment
· Review and audit employee expense reports
· Maintain vendor records and assist with new vendor setup
· Import and review expense-related data for accurate coding and timely payment
· Assist with month-end close
· Provide invoice backup and supporting documentation as needed
· Maintain a high level of accuracy across payment and cash disbursement activity
· Assist with additional accounts payable projects as assigned 

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Previous accounts payable or related accounting experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work effectively as part of an accounting team
