Job Description Job Description Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Pittsburgh & Verona, PA Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position at that will be split between two skilled nursing facilities, Canterbury Place in Pittsburgh and Seneca Place in Verona, Pennsylvania. Schedule will be 3 days a week at Canterbury Place and 2 days a week at Seneca Place. Join our experienced rehabilitation team providing high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a collaborative SNF setting. Work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists to provide exceptional rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting. Treat primarily geriatric and post-acute patients while helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence. - Flexible PRN opportunities also available! Document patient progress. Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams. Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence. Follow physician orders and facility policies. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program. Current Pennsylvania PT license or in process of getting one - NEW GRADS WELCOME! CPR certification preferred. Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required. New graduates encouraged to apply.
