Membership Sales Manager – Sioux City, IA

\n

Location: Hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote)
Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Sioux City, IA
The territory includes the following areas: Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Crawford, Harrison, Ida, Monona, Plymouth, Sioux, and Woodbury counties in Iowa; Burt, Cedar, Dakota, Dixon, and Thurston counties in Nebraska.

On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 - $180,000
Two fixed base salary options are available — $35,000 or $45,000 (non-negotiable).
Includes Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a locally connected, relationship-focused Membership Sales Manager to drive membership growth throughout Sioux City and the surrounding Iowa and Nebraska communities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, supporting local businesses, and being actively involved in the communities they serve. As a trusted representative of AirMedCare Network, you will educate families, employers, agricultural businesses, and community organizations on the value of emergency air medical membership while developing a strong sales pipeline across your territory.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services throughout the United States. Our membership programs, including emergent air transport, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance services, provide financial peace of mind and access to critical care for families, businesses, and rural communities when it matters most.

Responsibilities:

\n

• Drive local Impact: Spend approximately 90% of your time in the field across Sioux City and the surrounding region, developing relationships with local businesses, community leaders, healthcare organizations, and residents. Focus primarily on business-to-business sales (70%) while also educating individual consumers and families (30%) about AMCN membership benefits.

\n

• Develop Relationships: Generate new leads through face-to-face prospecting, referrals, community events, chamber of commerce meetings, networking groups, and partnerships with first responders and community organizations.

\n

• Sales Process Management: Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, using a consultative, educational approach that connects AMCN’s services to the real-life needs of families, employees, and business owners in the territory.
\n • Champion with Purpose: Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner by attending community events and building long-term relationships with civic groups, employers, healthcare-related organizations, and small businesses to strengthen brand awareness and credibility across the territory.

Qualifications:

\n

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record required. Must be comfortable with frequent travel.

\n

• Sales Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of B2B or B2C consultative field sales experience, including prospecting, cold calling, and relationship development preferred. Experience working in community-based, agricultural, healthcare, or relationship-driven sales environments is highly valued.

• Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services, preferred.
