Responsibilities:

- Assemble, test, and calibrate complex mechanical, electrical, and optical instrument assemblies to meet rigorous quality standards
- Install completed assemblies in final instrument builds, ensuring functionality and reliability
- Follow detailed work instructions for all assembly, material handling, and inventory verification tasks
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive, solutions-driven work environment

Required Skills and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in mechanical assembly
- Experience using hand tools
- Soldering skills
