This contract position offers a stable Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm schedule, providing a collaborative environment where problem-solving and continuous improvement are valued.

[Responsibilities]

- Assemble, test, and calibrate mechanical, electrical, and optical components to meet strict quality standards.
- Install completed assemblies into final instrument builds efficiently and accurately.
- Follow detailed work instructions for assembly, material handling, and inventory verification.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and contribute to a positive, team-focused culture.
- Identify and support opportunities for process improvement within your work cell.

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.

[Preferred Skills]

- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in mechanical assembly, using hand tools, and soldering.
