Corporate Recruiter

Our client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruiting efforts and help attract top talent across the organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance. Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate and operational positions. Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies. Create and refine job descriptions to accurately reflect business requirements and responsibilities. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit. Coordinate interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring process. Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate candidate records, and provide reporting on hiring metrics and pipeline status. Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, and industry functions to strengthen employer branding and attract talent. Stay informed on market trends and provide insights on talent availability, compensation, and recruiting best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, networking, and talent mapping strategies. Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and HR technologies. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills. Ability to influence hiring decisions and build strong partnerships with business leaders. Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and computer‑based work. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required. Compensation and Benefits $100,000 - $115,000 (based on experience) Benefits & Bonuses: eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance benefits, 401K, and monetary bonuses.
