About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Experienced P1 or P2 Licensed Plumber to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who can work independently, handle service and installation work, and take advantage of consistent, high-paying projects.

Our work is heavily commercial, with some residential service, giving you access to prevailing wage opportunities and strong earning potential across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, and installation across commercial and residential projects
• Install, repair, and replace:
  • Water heaters
  • Pipes and piping systems
  • Fixtures (toilets, faucets, valves, etc.)
• Diagnose plumbing issues and deliver effective solutions
• Work independently in the field and collaborate with team members as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management

Requirements

• Active Connecticut Experienced P1 or P2 Plumbing License (required)
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Ability to travel throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred (Highly Valued)

• F license, - S license - HVAC License
• Experience across commercial, residential, and government projects
