Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and evaluate clients’ treatment needs, developing individualized therapy strategies that consider cultural and contextual factors.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, participating in case consultations to coordinate treatment approaches.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and staying current on advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals, families, couples, and groups from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in counseling, specifically within a clinical setting, is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The total annual compensation ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
