Come join our amazing team!What you will do:Work alongside Admissions Director to complete and file all necessary admission paperworkCoordinate Medicaid paperwork with residentsCoordinate and implement all payer source changes into PCCAR and Collections tasksManage Resident Trust accountAnswer and transfer incoming phone callsBilling (Medicare, Medicaid, Private insurance, etc.)Must have:Long term care experience preferred, particularly in an Accounts Receivable, admissions support, or business office settingPrevious experience in billing various medical insurances requiredKnowledge of the Medicaid and Medicare processes requiredAbility to organize, plan, and work autonomouslyEducation or experience sufficient to meet position requirementsAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAbility to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other facility staffHave special interest and positive attitude about working with long-term care residentsCaldera Cares for you!Competitive pay scaleFull benefits package - Medical, Dental, and Vision401kLife and Disability InsurancePaid Time offGrow with CalderaTuition ReimbursementClinical ScholarshipsContinued EducationLeadership trainingScholarship ProgramsPay Transparency StatementCompensation for roles at North Auburn Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
