Base pay range $35.00/hr - $38.00/hr We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role requires a strong mix of electrical and mechanical expertise , along with hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, and PLC interaction/troubleshooting . Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Conduct welding and fabrication for equipment modifications or repairs. Work with PLCs to diagnose issues, make adjustments, and support automation improvements. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations. Qualifications: Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in welding (MIG/TIG) and metal fabrication. Understanding of PLC systems and ability to perform basic programming adjustments. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
