Job Description

As a Security Officer Fluent Spanish Unarmed Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while working collaboratively with site personnel. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and maintain accurate logs and reports of security-related incidents and observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Help support the protection of facility property, equipment, and materials by reporting unauthorized access, damaged barriers, and other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
