Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a respected cultural institution, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a cultural institution setting.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, visitor issues, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, and problem-solving manner while following post instructions and Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout interior areas, common spaces, entrances, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor access points and observe daily activity to help to deter disruptions, support orderly operations, and report security-related concerns to site leadership when needed.
• Document incidents, patrol activity, and unusual observations in a clear and timely manner, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors and/or designated contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
