IP Litigation Associate | Fully Remote – Up to $300k

Location/Schedule: Fully Remote

Base Salary: Up to $300k (plus performance bonuses)

Practice: IP Litigation – Patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and complex intellectual property disputes involving cutting-edge technology, software, telecommunications, and high-stakes commercial matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation from discovery through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and expert reports in complex IP disputes.
• Conduct depositions, prepare for Markman hearings, and participate in mediations and court proceedings.
• Advise clients on IP strategy, licensing, and risk mitigation in high-tech sectors.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active bar admission (NY preferred).
• 3–7+ years of IP litigation experience (patent or complex commercial IP strongly preferred).
• Strong technical aptitude and excellent writing/advocacy skills.
