Account Manager
Liberty Paper
As an Account Manager at Liberty Paper, the primary focus is customer relationships, RFQs, customer outreach, and overall customer experience. This is not a traditional sales role focused on aggressive selling, but rather a relationship-driven position centered around supporting existing customers, responding to bid opportunities, and building new business within school districts and public sector organizations. This position requires someone who is professional, motivated, organized, and comfortable with consistent customer communication through phone calls and email outreach. Primary Responsibilities Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up Research prospective customers and conduct outreach to generate new business opportunities Respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotes) and bid opportunities Make outgoing customer calls and send follow-up emails daily Process customer orders and assist with order follow-up Track all customer communication and activity in Salesforce Maintain accurate records and notes related to customer interactions and opportunities Work closely with internal departments to support customer needs and ensure a positive customer experience Assist with reporting and other account-related administrative tasks as needed Knowledge & Skill Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls and customer outreach daily Strong organizational and follow-through skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, friendly, and customer-focused communication style Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or CRM systems preferred Experience working with RFQs, bids, or public sector customers is a plus Motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, communication, and business development, while also being comfortable working within a structured and detail-oriented sales process. #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Paper
