This role offers an opportunity to lead high‑stakes arbitration proceedings in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage commercial arbitration proceedings from inception through resolution, including motions practice, hearings, and appeals. Defend personal injury claims in the NYC metropolitan area, including app‑based and off‑platform incidents. Draft and argue motions to dismiss, motions to compel arbitration, and other dispositive motions. Develop and execute case strategy in coordination with clients. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of litigation experience, including commercial arbitration. Experience defending personal injury matters, preferably in a high‑volume or technology‑sector context. Active admission to the New York State Bar required. Strong motions practice background, including experience with motions to dismiss and motions to compel arbitration. NYC area location preferred. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload while leading and developing a team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar. Skills Strong advocacy and communication skills. Proficiency in managing complex, high‑volume matters.
