Resident Services CoordinatorBLT is seeking an experienced and dynamic Resident Services Coordinator to join our luxury community The Beacon, located in Jersey City, NJ. The Resident Services Coordinator provides superior customer service, possesses detailed knowledge of company policy and procedures, and performs essential functions as they relate to the maintenance and accessibility of the building.Duties & Responsibilities of the Resident Services CoordinatorEngages in community activities and effectively represents the community and BLT's local interests by fostering productive community relationships with our residentsPromptly answers phone calls, requests, and concerns, while responding to all resident inquiries in a professional and timely mannerAssists residents with move-in and move-out proceduresProcesses work orders for the maintenance department and follows up with residents to ensure satisfaction with the work completedPrepares incident reports pertaining specifically to resident issues, in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standardsDevelops, produces, and coordinates resident communications including but not limited to newsletters, surveys, and lease violation noticesEnsures community and company policies are followedReviews resident feedback with upper management team and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken promptlyFacilitates professional and friendly atmosphere that exceeds resident expectationsRequirements of the Position of Resident Services CoordinatorMust demonstrate commitment to deliver outstanding customer service1+ year experience in property management, or coordinating preferredConsistent weekend availability requiredMust be highly visible, approachable and possess a passion for excellenceSelf-motivated, trustworthy, and works with limited supervisionAbility to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeHigh school diploma or GED, college education preferredBenefits Provided to the Position of Resident Services Coordinator:Compensation package includes:Competitive Pay of $18-22 hourly with potential for bonusMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Plan401k PlanLife InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick LeavePaid HolidaysTuition Reimbursement20% Housing Discount at BLT PropertiesBLT is an equal opportunity employerNote for Any current BLT Employees: We encourage employees to remain in their current role for a minimum of 6 months before applying for a new position within the company.
