Job Summary: Responsible for the management and coordination of daily front office operation while acting as a patient care coordinator, scheduler, insurance pre-certifier, and performing other clerical/medical assistant/secretarial functions. Must have strong critical thinking and analytical skills for problem solving. Must demonstrated strong customer service, interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Able to foster effective teamwork. Must be able to work in a fast-pace, high phone and patient volume. Ability to pay attention to details, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. Able to use effective time managements to set priorities.

Department: Surgical Oncology - Urology Location: Englewood, NJ Status: Temp / 40 Hours per Week Shift: Days Hours: M-F / 8:30am-4:30pm

Job Essentials:

• 2 years' secretarial experience in a fast paced environment.
• Surgical Scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Word.
• Epic and/or EMR experience required.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree preferred
