Temporary Assignment (4 Months) ?? 100% On-Site About Us We are a small, family-owned business in Hackensack, NJ seeking a Scheduling Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary 4-month assignment. Position Overview The Scheduling Coordinator will play a key role in managing customer communications, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth daily scheduling operations. This position requires someone who is comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls Schedule, confirm, and update appointments accurately and efficiently Communicate scheduling changes and appointment details to customers Maintain accurate records and customer information Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Coordinate schedules with internal staff and customers Follow up on appointments and service requests as needed Perform general administrative and data entry duties Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume phone, customer service, call center, or scheduling role Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Reliable, professional, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay at $21.00 per hour Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Friendly and supportive family-owned company culture Valuable experience in a fast-paced customer service environment If you thrive in a customer-focused role and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
