Looking to earn what you are worth but don’t have a background in flooring? Refloor gives you the training, tools, and support to succeed from day one. Learn directly from top sales leaders, grow your skills in a fast-paced high-energy environment, and turn your effort into real income.
No flooring experience? No problem. Our hands-on training program is designed to help you thrive.
Your Role
- Guide homeowners to the perfect flooring solutions during in home appointments
- Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish
- Close sales using warm company provided leads with no cold calls or door knocking
- Build confidence with ongoing coaching and professional support
Training and Support
- Comprehensive 4-week training program built for beginners
- First 2 weeks fully paid so you can focus on learning
- Start earning commission as early as Week 3
- Continuous coaching to help you grow and succeed
- Draw available up to $1,600
- Flexible appointment-based schedule working 5 days per week

- First-year average earnings of $70K+ with top performers reaching $120K+
- 100% uncapped commission plus draw
