Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers. Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and monitor inventory while operating safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Requirements / Qualifications Active driver’s license. At least 21 years old. DOT medical certification and compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Demonstrated physical ability to meet job requirements. High School diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer‑service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork skills. Compensation The total compensation range for this role is $45,000 – $90,000 per year, including base salary and earned commissions.
