Senior Compensation Partner — Strategic Advisor to Leaders
Baldwin Group Colleague, Inc.
The Baldwin Group is seeking a Lead Compensation Business Partner to act as the trusted compensation advisor for assigned business units. You will design and apply pay strategy, market pricing, and pay equity practices to real-time business decisions including offers and promotions. You will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leaders to ensure competitive and compliant pay decisions.
