Centex Auto Title is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused check-in coordinator to join our Retail Division. In this role, you will play a crucial role in guiding our walk-in clients through their auto title and registration needs, ensuring accuracy of all necessary documents, and providing exceptional service throughout the entire transaction. As the face of Centex, your expertise and dedication to maintaining rigorous standards of excellence will contribute to creating a positive and friendly experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

The Check-in coordinator responsibilities include the following:

• Daily opening and setup tasks including equipment checks.
• Greeting customers and answering questions.
• Reviewing documents and working with customers to ensure proper, error-free paperwork is provided.
• Relaying customer questions to clerks and management.
• Daily closing tasks ensuring all equipment and documentation are ready for the next day.

Requirements

• Language: English, Spanish bilingual preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to pass pre-employment criminal background check

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Location: In-person
