Job Description
As a Security Officer Reception Desk in Atlantic City NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control practices and appropriate emergency response activities at a residential location.
- Maintain a professional front-desk presence greet and direct visitors verify access authorization and document visitor vendor and delivery activity in accordance with site policies.
- Monitor entry points cameras alarms and other security-related systems from the front desk reporting unusual activity maintenance concerns and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner contacting emergency services and/or site representatives as directed by established procedures.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports incident documentation and other required records while supporting a welcoming residential environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
