As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. Job Schedule:
DayTime Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and verify credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
- Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- A Guard Card/license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
