Looking for your next opportunity in Accounts Payable? My client is adding an AP Inquiry Specialist to their growing team!

What You'll Do:

Respond to AP vendor inquiries via phone and email
Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
Partner with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions
Maintain accurate vendor records
Support the Accounts Payable team with process improvements and special projects

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Accounts Payable or customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
ERP experience and strong Excel skills are a plus
