Assistant Kitchen Manager

Position Assistant Kitchen Manager for a new location in Stevens Point or Wausau (opening later this year). Compensation $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year Job Type Full‑time, 10‑hour shift with day or evening options. Responsibilities Scheduling and running shifts. Managing food and labor cost controls. Ordering and high‑volume cooking. Possible catering and banquet service. Requirements Previous kitchen management experience required; 1–2 years preferred. Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds and work the majority of the shift on feet.
