Role: Preschool Director Location: The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking an experienced Center Director to help guide operations, staff development, and program quality across the school.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to manage daily center operations

Support teacher training, mentoring, and classroom quality

Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC requirements

Maintain strong enrollment and retention practices

Monitor financial performance and operational goals

Strengthen family engagement and community relationships

Foster a positive culture for children, families, and team members

Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives

Qualifications

Massachusetts Director I and Director II certification required

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred

Minimum 2 years of center leadership experience required

Strong organizational, communication, and team development skills

Experience supporting enrollment growth and family retention preferred

Passion for early childhood education and leadership
