High-Reach Warehouse Forklift Operator

Location: Ontario, CA 91761

A day in the life

Step into our busy distribution floor and take charge of safe, precise product movement. You’ll navigate high-bay racking with a stand-up reach forklift, put away inbound goods, and pull accurate picks for outbound orders. Trucks arrive, containers open, and you’re the one loading and unloading with care. Between moves, you’ll assist with cycle counts and rotate stock so inventory stays accurate. You keep aisles clear, your station orderly, and you never compromise on safety. If a machine isn’t performing right, you flag it immediately. And through it all, you communicate with teammates to meet daily goals and time-sensitive deadlines.

What you’ll do

• Operate a stand-up reach forklift to place, retrieve, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers and containers efficiently and safely.
• Support inventory accuracy via counts and first-in/first-out stock rotation.
• Follow all equipment protocols, safety rules, and company procedures.
• Work closely with the team to hit production targets and timelines.
• Keep your work area clean and organized to promote a safe environment.
• Report equipment issues or hazards to your supervisor right away.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience operating stand-up reach forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Valid forklift certification preferred (training may be available for the right candidate).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating instructions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
• Ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
