Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule

Shift: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM (12hr Eve 12x3)

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 16

Requirements

• Must live 75 miles away from the facility for travel positions; locals accepted.
• Up-to-date resume with 2+ years of experience in emergency department, including pediatric experience.
• Travel experience is required.
• Skills checklist matching specialty.
• Active driver's license with matching address.
• Current AHA certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC required.
• NURSYS report for license verification with an active state license.
• RTO must be included at time of submission.
• EMR experience required: EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide effective patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Compliance / Notes

Charge capability highly preferred. Floating between units may be required. Scrub color: Navy blue. Parking details will be provided.
