We're hiring a Project Coordinator / EntryLevel Project Manager to support renewable energy initiatives across Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage projects . This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who wants handson exposure, real responsibility, and mentorship from a senior project manager.

Years of experience and formal education matter less than communication skills, honesty, problemsolving ability, and a willingness to learn .

What You'll Be Doing

• Support a Senior Project Manager across multiple active projects
• Assist with planning, execution, and coordination of renewable energy initiatives
• Participate in project and design meetings and contribute practical ideas
• Track project schedules, workflows, and action items
• Identify risks and challenges and help develop solutions
• Coordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and organize project documentation and paperwork
• Prepare and review:
  • Proposals
  • Memos
  • Meeting minutes
  • Emails
• Monitor project costs and support budget adherence
• Travel to project sites as needed (up to 10%)

Preferred / NicetoHave Experience

• Experience with project or work management tools (Smartsheet preferred, others acceptable)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to budget or cost tracking
• Power BI, SAP, or Maximo exposure
• Engineering, construction, renewables, or field project experience
• Technical or engineering background (not required)

• Travel: Up to 10%
• Duration: 6month contract with extension potential
