You will also serve as the Manager on Duty, driving both operational and sales objectives for the store. Your Key Goals Will Include: Welcoming patients as they enter the store and understanding their needs to ensure a memorable experience with comprehensive information on our products and services. Driving sales to surpass both personal and store revenue targets while ensuring an excellent customer service experience. Resolving customer issues and enhancing satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and team training. Providing direction and guidance to Doctor’s Technicians regarding clinical standards and procedures. Ensuring compliance with all training guidelines, protocols, and clinical standards established by the Physicians Eyecare Group. Maintaining accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Supporting store brand standards through general housekeeping when necessary. Coaching and training staff on the appropriate techniques for contact lens handling. Managing patient contact lens orders and inventory effectively on a regular basis. Key Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in retail management or clinical leadership roles. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. A genuine passion for exceptional customer and patient care, with a commitment to mentoring others. Flexibility to adapt to changing business conditions and schedules. Basic proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and other office software. Optical or clinical experience is a plus, but not required.
