Desktop Analyst

Desktop Support Specialist

Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for end-user devices and systems.

Analyze and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Utilize Microsoft Entra Admin Center to manage and query device-related information.

Support remote access tools and endpoint management solutions for user assistance.

Assist with data collection, including alternative methods when standard approaches are unavailable.

Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Manage and track incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.

Participate in global support efforts, including working outside standard business hours when required.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Experience with Microsoft Entra Admin Center (formerly Azure AD).

Foundational knowledge of network connectivity, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.

Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

Ability to manage incidents, service requests, and ticketing workflows.

Proficiency in PowerShell, including permissions management, disk operations, and automation tasks.

Experience with remote access and endpoint support tools such as BeyondTrust and Nexthink.

Familiarity with FTK (Forensic Toolkit) for eDiscovery data collection.

Experience using ServiceNow ITSM for request management and ticket handling.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and updates.

Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities across technical and business teams.

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

Detail-oriented, organized, and quick learner.

Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and suggest improvements.
