Starting salary range: $74,492.00 - $96,839.00/annually, depending upon experience. The Instructor is responsible for performing assigned duties during the day, evening, or weekend on any Laramie County Community College campus or outreach center as assigned. At a minimum, the related activities include instruction; instructional counseling; academic advising; serving on various committees; coordinating and/or participating in school-based community events and service-learning activities and participating in local, state, regional, or national professional activities and organizations. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus The overall work environment requires the mental ability to shift focal point quickly due to interruptions; an employee must be able to mentally track multiple projects and tasking as well The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; however, there may be instances of somewhat loud environments. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene or a closely related field of study from an accredited institution Equivalent of three years of full-time dental hygiene clinical experience Current Wyoming Dental Hygiene License or ability to obtain a Wyoming License prior to employment Healthcare Provider CPR certification. *In lieu of the required degree, candidates with equivalent professional experience, industry certifications, or a combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered. Preferred Qualifications: Master's in Dental Hygiene, Public Health or related degree, can be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program with satisfactory progression Five years full-time dental hygiene clinical experience Public health experienceClinic supervision experience Certification to administer local anesthesia, laser, and nitrous oxide Meet immunization requirements for clinical sites Experience with online instruction #J-18808-Ljbffr
