ReceptionistThe Receptionist is the frontline ambassador for Quad's West Allis showcase plant and In-Store headquarters—an innovation hub frequently visited by clients, senior leaders, and executives. This highly visible role creates exceptional first impressions and delivers a concierge-level experience that reflects Quad's brand, culture, and commitment to excellence. Serving as a central connection point for the site, the Receptionist supports a polished, professional environment by expertly managing communications, welcoming visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a high-profile, client-facing setting.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate an outstanding first impression by warmly welcoming and assisting visitors, guests, executives, and employeesAnswer and manage a busy corporate main phone line, in coordination with receptionists at Quad's Sussex and Pewaukee locationsRespond to inquiries in person and by phone, directing questions and requests to the appropriate individuals or departmentsSort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mailManage employee uniforms, including distribution, organization, and basic inventory trackingDuplicate, organize, and distribute materials as neededCompose, type, edit, and format correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other documentsProvide administrative and operational support as assigned, including assisting recruiters, coordinating site celebrations, and providing coverage when other areas of the business need supportQualificationsPrevious experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, administrative, or customer service role preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presenceComfort interacting with clients, executives, and senior leadersExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with phone systems, office equipment, and basic computer applicationsDependable, detail-oriented, and service-focusedWhat Quad OffersCompetitive benefits package including onsite medical clinic, dental clinic, vision center, pharmacy, and physical therapy clinicBeautifully maintained campus with a pond (fishing permitted) and outdoor tablesQuad walking trail with direct access to the Hank Aaron State Trail for biking, running, or walkingConsistent weekday schedule with standard business hoursCollaborative, innovative work environment at a flagship Quad location
