Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and market trends, OR has a strong passion to learn about Real Estate. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide clients with accurate information.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
- Prepare and present market analyses to help clients make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations during all transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings through effective administrative practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and attorneys.
Qualifications
- Ability to attend and pass the state 40 hour real estate class OR has a valid real estate license in the state of MI.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
